As a yoga teacher, my main goal is not only to help my students achieve a yoga practice that they are comfortable with, but also to encourage them to use yoga as a way to practice self-care, self-love and self-discovery. This is why I like to bring mindfulness to the mat and the classes I teach.
As someone who has practiced yoga for many years, who has deepened her own personal relationship with yoga and has developed a connection with practicing mindfulness, I have experienced first-hand the benefits of yoga and mindful meditation. Both have truly played a large part in my journey as I’ve struggled with depression, and I can honestly say both have been a big factor in maintaining my emotional, mental and physical well-being. This is why I have become passionate about a yoga practice that includes mindfulness, and why I care so deeply about sharing it with others.
So, I invite you to come and discover the benefits of yoga and mindfulness. Stop by the studio and take one of my classes. Contact me and let’s chat! Feel free to ask questions, especially if the world of yoga and mindful meditation are new to you. I will be more than happy to help you experience some Mindful Yoga Moments.
